Olivia is a member of the Charter Dream School (NYC) leadership team and is responsible for making sure students with disabilities, English language learners, and students below grade level get exactly what they need to succeed—academically, socially, and emotionally. She does this by overseeing special education and ELL compliance, directly supporting students through targeted instruction and interventions, and coaching teachers so that the most vulnerable students are well-served in every classroom
