Poster Competition for College Students
CTAUN invites college students to participate in the Annual Poster Competition. Winning posters are displayed during the Conference and afterward featured on the website.

2020 Winners
For the 2020 Conference – marking the 75th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations – CTAUN had chosen to highlight the commitment articulated in the Preamble of UN Charter “to save succeeding generations from the scourge of war.” Winning entries were received from the following schools:

2019 Winners
The winners of the 2019 competition on the Topic: “Our Planet – Our Crisis – What’s Next?” had their posters displayed at the UN during the conference on Friday April 5th, 2019.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
Must be an Undergraduate or Graduate student.
- Poster focus must relate to the topic of the conference
- Student must be present at the conference session if their poster is selected.
- Students must submit a PowerPoint file that can be expanded to a 36” by 24” board (portrait).
Submission must include a 200-500 word abstract.
Text should be limited on the poster. - Message should be conveyed primarily through images, illustrations, and artwork.
Any photos or images need to be properly credited.
2018 Winners
The topic of the 2018 Conference must have hit a chord since a record number of posters were submitted by students from different colleges in the US and abroad. Out of more than 60 submissions the posters below were the winning designs:
